Dick Davis has practiced extensively in matters involving product liability, civil litigation and related consultation. Throughout his legal career, Mr. Davis was directly involved in the management of litigation nationally, regionally, multi-state and state-wide. This direct involvement includes litigation in Texas, Alabama, Michigan, Mississippi, Louisiana, Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, California, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Georgia, Utah and Puerto Rico.

Mr. Davis has lectured frequently on civil litigation, products liability and trial tactics. He has presented these topics before the American Bar Association, Dallas Bar Association, Texas Bar Association, Defense Research Institute, Federation of Defense Counsel, International Association of Defense Counsel, Products Liability Advisory Counsel, and numerous law schools including Southern Methodist University, University of Texas, University of Houston, Texas Tech University, and Baylor University.
